How much is the value of my Special Edition Barbie?
I have a special edition in 2000 the celebration of Christmas doll Teresa. It is in perfect state and is if her box. I think it could be very useful. Those selling on eBay is valued at about $ 60, but since its an option Buy It Now, I do not know if anyone will actually buy it. I need someone, I think the price and possibly someone Barbie knowledge.
The book I (2004 printing) said that the doll is worth, mint no box 15.00 Mint in Box 45.00 I know how much value would rise (or fall) in 4 years but this is only an estimate. The trick to sell your doll is to find someone to pay your price you set. Just because the book says it's worth what you may not get the money unless they are willing to pay. Good luck with your sale.

News Related to Special Dolls: “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program in 2005 and 2006. The show’s contract was then extended for the 2008-2009 season. The design for the new homes is taken from the interests of each family member. Most kids’ rooms are decorated for girls who love dolls and princesses while the boys’ rooms involve sports, racing, “Star Wars” and comic books. It is a known fact and rather common that older women also love dolls and many have large collections of special edition dolls. Most adults’ rooms however are redesigned to feature an exotic master bedroom with a tub that doubles as a whirlpool, jacuzzi or hot tub. The team doesn’t stop at the build and decorate level either – outdoor landscaping is often done with extravagance – a pool in the backyard and a basketball court in some instances.
To demolish the old house the crew has used a lot of different ideas to get the job done. For the first time, during the 2007 season, the crew actually used dynamite to demolish one of the house they were going to remodel. The crew has also used tanks, monster trucks, wrecking balls and falling trees to get the job done. One episode even featured the Muppets, which are owned by Disney, for some comic relief. Because the families involved have usually fallen on difficult times, the episodes can be very upsetting for the crew members, the families involved, the volunteers and the audience at home so the Muppets are in the show now to lighten the mood.
