Lifelike Baby Dolls

It was not too long ago that dolls pretty much looked all the same. For decades it seemed they had exactly the same look and feel, year after year with a few exceptions. We have only recently taken on a whole new look in the doll world – today many of them come with true life like qualities. The new doll, I refer to is the reborn or lifelike baby doll. These are not the usual fake-looking hard plastic, pink skinned and bad hair dolls you will find at any toy store.
No, these lifelike baby dolls are stunning in every respect.

From perfectly hand painted complexions to true-to-life hair (relax, it is mohair), down to every little detail of the face – these dolls are a ringer for a real baby. From a distance you really can not say they are fake.
Some people find these reborn dolls a little creepy, but true doll collectors find the craft fascinating and can not get enough of it.
