Bratz dolls are indeed very popular. If you would like to sew clothes for them to wear you will be, for the most part, on your own creating designs and patterns. Doll clothing patterns are available for purchase at many fabric stores but they are generally for Barbie dolls. I still have not found Bratz dolls patterns at any store. Design styles that are both kid friendly and pleasant for the parents to look at with bright complementary colors and textures as they suit the Bratz dolls best.
If you aren’t sure of your sewing ability, use inexpensive fabrics such as muslin to experimente with patterns until you are happy with the results. Your next step would be to disassemble the muslin outfit, transfer the shape of each piece to paper and you’ll have a pattern you can cut out of any fabric you choose.
